The entities being used to conduct illegal pyramid sales of “SM Coin” includewithout limitation, “Legionary Falcon Alliance (Seychelles)”, “SM CoinsEncrypted Digital Assets Global Fund”, “SM Coins Encrypted Digital AssetsGlobal Fund Management Inc.”, “SM Capital Group Company Limited”; the WeChatpublic accounts being used to conduct illegal pyramid sales of “SM Coin”include without limitation, “SMC Simon Murray Capital”, “SMC SM Coin News”, “SMCSimon Murray Capital Profit System”, “SMC SM Coin International Investment”,“SM Coin SMC Billing Centre”, “SM Coin SMC International Team”, “Quantum Chip”;the domain names being used to conduct illegal pyramid sales of “SM Coin”include without limitation, www.smc9.cc；www.smcxt.cc；www.smc-coins.com；www.smc178.cc；www.smc918.cc.
2. SMC Group is highly concerned that our intellectual property rights havebeen infringed and our reputation and goodwill has been misused to deceive thepublic. SMC Group urges all related parties to take caution and reserves theright to take legal action in this regard.
