Ms. Chan has more than 15 years of research and fund management experience. Previously, Ms. Chan worked as Assistant Manager in Hutchison Port Holdings, responsible for feasibility studies including due diligence and financial modeling on potential M&A projects. She also conducted port study reports covering business forecast, competitors' analysis, customer issues and recommendations. Prior to that, Ms. Chan worked as principal officer in Dah Chong Hong, part of the CITIC Group that is China's largest conglomerate, and was involved in several China joint venture projects.

Ms. Chan received her Master's degree in Practising Accounting from Monash University and her bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Hong Kong. She also holds a certificate in Chinese Civil and Commercial Law from Tsinghua University.
