Ms. de Rougemont is a brand and business development specialist in the fashion industry across a wide spectrum ranging from jewelry/accessories/bags/shoes to designer and business wear to high-end homeware and more.  She grew up in Asia and spent 14 years in Japan where her parents served as Chairmen of the Bluebell Group (“Bluebell”), a pioneer and leader in luxury brand distributions in Asia. After finishing her degree in Switzerland, Sophie moved to Paris to begin her career at International Flavours and Fragrances, a global leader in the creation of fragrances, before returning to Asia to join the family business.

Joining the company full time in 1998 as a brand assistant, Ms. de Rougemont worked her way to become country head of Hong Kong and has also held several managerial positions within the company. As group fashion director of Bluebell, she played an integral role in revamping the fashion division by overseeing business development and brand management of the fashion division and effectively controlling much of the retail fashion business in the region; she initiated entry by Carven, Charlotte Olympia, Zadig & Voltaire most recently into Asia. 

Today, Bluebell has successfully managed, marketed and promoted 100 imported quality brands with over 400 points of sales across 8 countries throughout Asia and annual sales of over US$1 billion.
