Ms. Sun has more than 15 years of administration, human resource, accounting management, project management experience. She is also experienced with incorporation of onshore joint venture funds, wholly owned foreign entities, joint ventures and local companies.  Previously, she was the Office Manager of Prism Capital and Mustang Ventures.

Ms. Sun received her BA in Business English from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
